The owner holds the deposit. Owner should keep the deposit in a no-interest bearing account (checking account).

When a tenant fails to pay by the required date, we place a 3 Day Notice on the tenant’s door (upon owners’ approval). If the tenant fails to pay on the date required by the notice, then upon owner approval, we begin the eviction process. We work with highly qualified eviction lawyers to get the property rent ready as soon as possible.

Yes, we carry both Professional Liability Insurance, also known as Errors and Omission, as well as General Liability Insurance.

We perform a detailed move-in and move-out inspection. We also offer an optional yearly property evaluation to mitigate any problems that may become worse in the future.
